The terms for your account, content, evidence, and service requests

Early access
Mentia provides a workspace for business research, AI visibility evidence, and marketing work. Features and provider availability may change during early access. Your account does not guarantee access to every feature or a paid service.
Your account and content
Use an account and business information you are authorized to manage. Keep your account secure and invite only authorized members. You retain ownership of the content you supply. You authorize Mentia to process that content to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Authorized use
Only submit information and connect accounts you have permission to use. Do not use Mentia for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, infringement, or abusive automated requests. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information in research prompts or ordinary workspace content.
Evidence and approvals
AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. A recorded answer describes its provider, model, question, and time; it does not guarantee what every consumer AI application will show. Review generated work before using it. Connecting an account does not authorize external publishing or sending; those actions require the relevant approval.
Plans and payments
Creating an account does not charge you. Paid service starts only after the scope, price, and payment arrangements are confirmed. Payment collection and automatic renewal are not enabled in this early access release. Contact Mentia before purchasing or relying on a proposed plan.
Data and ending use
Cloud hosting, authentication, and AI providers may process information internationally. Review the Privacy Policy before submitting content. You may stop using Mentia and contact the team to request account closure, access, correction, or deletion. Financial and audit records may need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
