How Mentia handles your data

What is stored

Account identity and organization membership are managed through Clerk. Mentia stores approved brand information, commercial questions, measurement responses, citations, usage, credit transactions, and activity history in its application database. Contact forms store the details you submit for staff review.

International processing

The application database is in Frankfurt. Cloud hosting, authentication, and AI providers may process data internationally. This is not a Qatar-only hosting service or a claim of legal certification. Customer onboarding requires review of applicable service terms and retention arrangements.

Requests and retention

Contact Mentia to request access, correction, or deletion. Financial and audit records may require retention; immutable evidence must be handled through an approved retention process. A customer retention schedule must be agreed before production onboarding.
